  5. Thank you for playing Lines--we hope you find it fun and want to 
  6. add it to your Microsoft Windows game collection.  Lines 
  7. is a shareware program written for Microsoft Windows and is provided at 
  8. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with 
  9. your friends, but do not give it away altered or as part of 
  10. another system.  You may distribute Lines to friends, associates, or to a computer 
  11. bulletin board system (BBS), Compuserve, Genie, Delphi, Prodigy, AOL,
  12. or any one interested.

  31. If you as an individual find this program useful and find that you 
  32. are playing Lines and continue to play Lines after a 
  33. reasonable trial period, you are encouraged to make a registration 
  34. payment (see below) to AbreuSOFT.  The registration fee 
  35. will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. It 
  36. will also get you another version with more increasingly
  37. difficult levels.  It will also entitle you to a discount on 
  38. the 3D,32Bit,NT version I am working on.

  40. Business, government, institutional and other organizational users 
  41. of Lines must register and pay for their copies of the 
  42. program within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.

  44. If used on a network, one copy must be purchased for each computer 
  45. that will be using Lines.

  57. materials, if any, which are being distributed with the current 
  58. registered version.  Licenses are for perpetual, non-exclusive use 
  59. of the current or a previous version of the program.  The licensed 
  60. (registered) version of Lines may not be distributed, 
  61. repackaged, or resold to third parties.

  76. Anyone distributing the shareware version of Lines for any 
  77. kind of remuneration must first contact AbreuSoft at 
  78. the address above for authorization.  This authorization will be 
  79. automatically granted to distributors recognized by the 
  80. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its 
  81. guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may 
  82. begin offering Lines immediately.  (However AbreuSOFT 
  83. Software must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept 
  84. up-to-date with the latest version of Lines.)
